KATIGIORGIS VILLAGE

Katigiorgis is a small fishing place on the southern side of Pelion. Surrounded by lush greenery and low hills, Katigiorgis has delicious fish taverns and few accommodations. The beach is small but clean and gives nice view to the Aegean Sea. Katigiorgis may be a long distance from the city of Volos but this is not a negative factor for its tourist development. One could say that due to its proximity to Skiathos and due to the particularly increased tourist traffic in recent years in the Queen of the Sporades, this small fishing village is from the parts of Magnesia that each year counts more and more visitors.
